Studio renovations Part 1

Some of you might know this already. Some of you don't. But I bought an old bank building in 2024 to turn it into my own studio/play room. My very own rubber paradise. I have big plans and crazy ideas with this 324 m² space.

It has a basement too but I'm going to focus on the first floor and make sure this is finished first. The basement will follow later.

The video starts with a tour around the building shortly after I bought it. So you will see the original state here. I'm talking about my ideas and plans. Some of these rooms eventually got a different theme because I changed my mind and had better ideas to use this place as good as possible.

When I just got it I was very excited to start. But I don't have much experience with renovating so for some of the bigger jobs I had to hire professionals.

There were definitely times when I almost gave up because it is so much more work than I initially thought, and we also had some unexpected problems along the way. Things just never go as planned and it turned out to be a lot harder than I thought.

But we're getting there eventually. So I decided to share this video with you to show you the progress we made so far.
